Asking for help is a strong step toward healing and growth.

You’re here because something isn’t working — and that’s okay.

Areas of Focus

Meet Isaac

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.
— – Ralph Waldo Emerson

I’m a counselor who believes in cutting through the noise to get to what’s real. I work with people who are

  • tired of feeling stuck

  • anxiety

  • grief

  • self-doubt

  • people-pleasing

  • never feeling “good enough.”

My approach is grounded, compassionate, and direct. I don’t sugar-coat, but I do sit with you in the hard moments without judgment, without shame.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can breathe, feel your feelings without shame, and explore the truth of who you are—not just who you think you should be. Together, we work toward meaningful change, not quick fixes. That means exploring patterns, challenging unhelpful beliefs, and building a life that actually fits you.

Whether you’re coming in overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin, I meet you where you are—and walk with you from there.
