Investment
Therapy is an investment in your well-being — and the financial side matters. I do my best to keep things transparent and to work with you when cost feels like a barrier. If you’re unsure what your options are, reach out and we’ll sort it out together.

Individual Telehealth Sessions (53–55 minutes): $175
Your session fee includes preparation, your time together, and any brief coordination or follow-up needed to support your care.
Payment is due at the time of the session.
I accept all major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards. -
If cost is a barrier, I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee spots.
Sliding scale availability depends on current openings, but you’re always welcome to ask.To request a reduced rate, just send a quick message through the contact form or email. You don’t need to explain everything — a simple “I’d like to ask about sliding scale availability” is enough.

I’m currently in-network with:
Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
Blue Care Network (BCN)
Blue Cross Complete (BCC)
McLaren (Commercial & Medicaid)
Priority Health
UnitedHealthcare (Commercial & Medicaid)
Using insurance: Most clients are responsible for a copay or coinsurance based on their plan. Coverage varies, so I recommend checking benefits ahead of time.
-
When you call the number on the back of your insurance card, ask:
Do I have outpatient mental health benefits for telehealth?
What is my copay/coinsurance for psychotherapy (CPT 90837)?
Do I have a deductible to meet first? If yes, how much is left?
Is prior authorization required?
If you want help interpreting what they tell you, send me a message — insurance language is confusing on purpose.
-
Your appointment time is reserved just for you.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
No-shows are charged the full session fee.
(Exceptions are always considered for true emergencies.)

Under the No Surprises Act, if you’re uninsured or choosing not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs before starting services or anytime you request one. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services+2eCFR+2
This estimate is not a contract — it’s simply a way to help you plan financially.
